(TR12668) A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, awarding Bid No. 15-16B to and approving an Agreement with Ray Qualmann Marine Construction, Inc. for the construction of the Veteran’s Park Boat Dock Installation Project in accordance with Bid No. 15-16B for a contract amount of $214,340.00; a contingency in an amount of $21,434.00 will be added to the project account, for a total project budget of $235,774.00; authorizing an expenditure from the appropriate accounts; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date. - Parks & Recreation Director Greg Warner, Assistant Public Works Director John Doherty, Purchasing/Contracts Manager Keith Glatz

6. TR12688 - Approval of the 2015 Amendment of the American Traffic Solutions (ATS) Professional Services Agreement

("ATS"); authorizing the appropriate city officials to execute the 2015 Amendment;  providing for conflicts; providing for severability and providing for an effective date. - Financial Services Director Mark Mason and Assistant City Attorney Shana Bridgeman

The City Commission may consider and act upon such other business as may come before it. In the event this agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the City Commission meeting.
