Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Board of Adjustment to be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at 8:30 AM at 555 Walnut Street, 2nd Floor - Council Chambers, Abilene, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items.

1.Call to Order of a Special Called Meeting
2.Agenda Items:

BA-2017-33 A public hearing to consider a request from Brian Storm (Agent) for HPD Real Estate (Owner) for:

  1. A 15’ variance to the 25’ street side setback along S. 1st Street;
  2. A 6’ variance to the 12.5’ platted exterior side building setback along Alameda Street;
  3. A 12.5’ variance to the 12.5’ platted exterior side building setback along S. Clack Street; and
  4.  A 25’ variance to the 25’ platted rear building setback adjacent to the alley in HC (Heavy Commercial) zoning.


Legal description being CHRYSLER MOTORS SUBDIVISION, BLOCK SUB #1, ACRES 3.647 and M A STAGGS SUBDIVISION, BLOCK A, LOT 2 PT OF LT 1. Located at 5101 S. 1st St. & 200 S. Clack St.
