Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission to be held on Monday, March 6, 2017 at 1:30 PM at Council Chambers, 555 Walnut Street, Second Floor, Abilene, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items.

a.Approval of minutes from February 6, 2017

FP-7116  Rainy Creek Addition, Section 2, Being a Replat of Lot 1, Block C, Rainy Creek Addition, City of Abilene, Taylor County, Texas.


PP-0917  Preliminary Plat for Allen Ridge Subdivision, Abilene, Taylor County, Texas.

a.Z-2017-05:  Public hearing and possible vote to recommend approval or denial to the City Council on a request from Terry J. Adams, to rezone property from AO (Agricultural Open Space) to LI (Light Industrial), to allow for Wholesale and Storage (Indoors), with legal description being East 1.00 acre of Block A, Silver Spur Addition. Located at 3558 E Hwy 80.
b.Z-2017-06:  Public hearing and possible vote to recommend approval or denial to the City Council on a request from Orange Theory Fitness., agent Enprotec/Hibbs & Todd, to amend the terms and conditions of PD77 (Planned Development 77) to allow for Indoor Recreation as a permitted use, legal description being Lot 1, Block A, PAK Addition. Located at 3934 and 3950 Catclaw Drive.
